I'm a single mom. who worked in the garment industry for 26 years. In 1996, my plant closed and left me without a job. I decided if I was going to work as hard as I did in the past, this time it would be for me.
After renting a space in an old mill complex; I got the feel for the market and experienced several areas of retail. Antique Reproductions lead to Antiques. So I studied and studied and studied. And I'm still studying. I feel so at home with this old stuff.
I grew up in an old Georgian Home with all the hand me downs from past generations. In 1999, I got the chance to have my own shop and here I am today. I spend my days among the once cherished possessions of those who have walked this world before me and I am having the time of my life!
